great apocalyptic Zombie novel, really enjoyable and really well read. will definitely listen to the next one

Firstly, the narration is so slow was it recorded wrongly?
The story was just a bit too depressing and gruesome, I fast forwarded it a lot, I would not buy the next books in the series, maybe if it had been a box set of all three books as 3 credits is too much for the individual books.
