Loved this story, the narrator read it so beautifully with a warm and sensitive voice and heart. It had warmth, emotions, humour. I would truly love to visit this little village if it existed. Highly recommended - make sure you have tissues beside you.

I absolutely loved this book from start to finish … albeit very tear jerking!
The two main characters are now what I aspire to be. Independent, carefree and appreciative.
TBH … there could easily be a book No. 2. I do hope so.
I now also want to sea swim in the buff … hopefully without getting arrested!

Quaint story of connection and reconnection in rural Irish village life and the coming together of a community to support a dying villager. Many themes visited but I was expecting Lucy and Dan to at least he dating or more before the end of the book . Easy read/, listen
