Dammit. This book had me distracted when I had other things to get on with 😖 The story picks ups from book 1 and RUNS!!! Brilliant BRILLIANT baddie. The absolute worse. Just so f#cking petty with his grudges, you almost want Eric and Jane to be apart so they can live in peace 🫣 Cannot wait to listen to the final book...

Just finished this, gobbled it up, and onto the next book in the series. I miss the snooty, bitchy characters, but otherwise it’s got everything - sparks, fire, sex, culture references. The description of the Klimt painting was particularly apt.
Can’t wait to see what happens next.
