About this listen

This debut novel dives into the lives of bohemian New York neighbors, whose worlds are turned upside down by a mysterious rooftop landing.

When Ollie spots an alien on a nearby rooftop he knows right away that no one is going to believe him. Sure enough, his friends think he is losing it, and even his bandmate Zara is convinced he is seeing things. But she still offers to help him track down his cat, who has mysteriously vanished.

Together, they follow a trail of clues that leads them inexorably upward, toward the strange creature lurking on a rooftop overhead.

I really enjoyed this books, I enjoyed getting to know each of the characters (even the cat) and seeing how there stories all wound together.
Great fun listen with a fantastic ending :)

You get to know the main characters and the concept of what's going on. However ideally it could have been longer, with more plot turns etc.. But overall a fun short story

Wow! What a ride! Unique, fun, and quirky story. Kind of a day-in-a-life type deal, only with aliens and crazy catnappers! I laughed so hard! Excellent narration! I highly recommend!

Between the cat napper, the Siamese twin aliens, the The voyeur neighbor and his bandmates and much much more. There is so much to love about this book I could tell you the summary, but I wouldn’t do it justice just know if you like funny and well put together stories with a narrator that is spot on you’re going to love this book. It also comes with a message that is to believe in yourself and your friends this book is awesome I loved it what more can I say.
