well guide

While some of the information may seem as common sense, it's so easy to forget what is common sense these days, given how much misinformation is out there. Of course, effective leaders need to be inclusive and this book not only reminds us of this, but also shows us how.

amazing book

that it keeps your attention and uncovers stories along the way, and that you'll have actions you can take at the end, new ways of approaching complex situations.

A great resource!

As a mom whose daughter was a victim of badly done inclusion, I've listen a lot of books on the subject and have always been frustrated by a focus on lofty theory over down-to-earth strategies

Amazing

This book is great for all teachers--even general education teachers, administrators, and paraeducators. Inclusion, through "Inclusion in Action" is achievable for anyone, and can enrich the community of a campus and the students it serves.

Well book

I started listening this book on a Friday afternoon, and finished it a few hours later. I didn't want to put the book down, and all of the passages in it about leadership, emotions, neuroscience, and collective decision making were so relevant and meaningful.

The book is an easy to listen. The author does a great job of explaining what inclusivity looks like in the workplace, how it came about, and why it is important to lead the new world through a more inclusive environment. I highly recommend the book!

inclusion

This book has some good information and some helpful forms, organizers and checklists to use. My one criticism is that I would have liked more real life, case study type examples to make the material more "real".

There was also some stuff that was dated in the book. Particularly in his section on having a good marriage. How he refers to what men and women want seems funny looked at through the lens of today, but the core principles are stellar.

Great book

This is the perfect book for corporate leaders as well as "novices" to this topic. For those who are looking for a more engaging framework or who have always wanted to learn why this is such an important issue within our work environments, Gained from years of experience working with corporate leaders, is an invaluable listen.
