I loved and hated this book. Loved and hated Donetti, devastated by the tragic ending. Sad to say goodbye to Rina and Peter. I have loved their story

Made me cry. Sad the series has ended

I've read all of the Decker books and though they've always varied in quality somewhat, I've generally enjoyed them.

This is the last in the series and so I stuck it out but it is a book that highlights Kellermans odd attitude to relationships, her style of dialogue is immature (the conversations between grown adults regularly feel like teenagers speaking) and this book is less mystery more ode to the series but full of gratuitous sex (which I have no moral objection too but its so diluted its utterly meaningless)

it's a genuinely terrible book and gets 2 stars because I think, all told, the series ended where it should and how it should.
