It’s powerful, hard hitting, gritty, soft, kind and loving!
I love it, I brought the real book so that I can sit and devour it page by page with my highlighter pen, do the activities suggested.
It’s also not packed full of new to me information, but it is deliciously all phrased and put together like a reminder of what I know, what I feel . I love it,

I've never read or heard of Dulsky before this book but they captured me immediately! I felt inspired to claim my Wild, reconnect with myself and love myself at the same time. I will be using the physical copy to follow the exercises. Definitely recommend this book if you're feeling lost and/or diaconnected from yourself and your intuition.
