What a great listen. Not only was this a brilliantly written book, but Oh Boy! Did the author ever peg me! I so appreciate the insights which should be common sense... but weren't. The steps laid out to practice confidence (fake it til you make it) are great. I've already begun to work some of the ideas into my life. It's actually nice to be a people pleaser and I like me! But I don't want to be a doormat. Now I have learned some techniques to release the guilt, step into confidence, and love life. I really commend the author for a great read and appreciate the narrator as well. Thank you!

As a self aware person but sometimes highly sensitive, I'm really amazed the fact that I am not the only one who's experiencing things like this. I am having problems to decline and disagree because I feel guilty that I might hurt their feelings the way that I do all of the time.
