I am on week one of Jessie’s 4 week glucose method, I have listened to the whole book and am impressed with how easy it sounds. I have had diabetes (type 2) for 15 years and have been taking medication all that time. Jessie has given me the tools to help myself and I am confident I can! Wish I could write a review after the four weeks are up. I know there will be slip ups along the way but l WILL persevere!!! Thank you

Pleasure to listen, motivating and inspiring. Knowledgable. I love the fact that it isn’t aiming at vegetariansyet still the author considers this diet and recipes are marked as suitable for V. I’m very much into ketogenic but not like a maniac, simply starting day with ACV, then veggie starter and proper breakfast with animal fats like butter or frying in tallow, eggs, avocado, bell peppers, sprouts, sourdough rye/seedy bread - and that is all you need to go on for 4h. Just remember about movement within 1,5 h after breakfast, remember about HIIT 10 min or so, and later you can have whatever you enjoy - but still be considerate: low carb, avoiding sugar - and you will be perfectly healthy and slim. :) greetings and sending love to the author and all readers from snowy Poland (Krynica-Zdrój Lesser Poland region near Krakow - hopefully you visit this winter for skiing and lovely local food ;) 😘😘😘😘
