The Galactic Open looms, and racing, it seems, is only half of the journey.
In a galaxy full of racers, Killian knows he can be one of the greats. In a desperate attempt to make something of himself, Killian will take on ruthless racers and deadly adrenalites to prove that he belongs. Running a rickety ship isn't exactly the way to move up in this world, but Killian will do his best while surviving on scraps and skill. Meanwhile, Forge, a connection from Killian's past, struggles to come to terms with the death of his partner, Damien.
