A must read around Emotional freedom
Such a great book with lots of great insights around emotional health. Wonderful authentic storytelling by Gerry and so many ways to connect and understand emotions from different perspectives. In a world driven by artificial intelligence this books offers something very different to help free individuals from
Emotions which may be holding them back. Highly recommend- bought the hard copy too it’s that good!

exceptional
As a mental health nurse who has been through a lot the last 12 months.
I have read and and had therapy from lots of sources recently.
This content is not new, but is written and delivered in a way that resonates well and is practical.

Surrender!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book, also i feel its valuable tool to have. ive found comfort and clarity, and like last book we will need to revisit at various stages of our progress in life. I will once again buy this book like i did last as gifts for my daughters and neice who i feel comfort in knowing they have guidance on their journey through vulnerabilities in life.
