Having a front row seat watching the XXXX brothers finding there matches. Each one of these books is great. Action packed with lots of spice. The characters are so likeable I was quite genuinely sad it was over. The series needs to be listened to in order. Definitely recommend you won’t be disappointed.

A great box set Gunnar Brilliant narration from Marcio Catalano and June deBorahae Jorja loves her antiques but she also does a bit of hacking and when she comes across a list of names one being someone she knew and it puts her in danger. Gunnar is one of the brothers that run the Four Xs. All of the brothers had been in the military and now do private security work. Gunnar comes across as grumpy and over protective and meeting Jorja gets all his proctor instincts in high gear. He is sassy and is a strong woman who puts Gunnar in his place. Excellent action, drama, chemistry and spice Remi Loved the narration from Mollie Stark and William Macleod who bring the romance and drama to your ears. I was not sure if I like Serena at the start but trust me she is no silly wall flower. Who can’t not take up a holiday that sounds too good to be true. A cheap safari in Uganda with a friend. Remi is a man of many layers. He like his brothers served their country with honour, but he has lost his trust in women due an e trying to pass another mans child as his. He also suffered a traumatic brain injury while on a mission. Serena’s holiday has gone to hell in a wicker basket. It was a cover for human trafficking. Remi and his brother Talon are sent into find and stop the trafficking. Serena is a strong and full of sass. Remi has pain but the sunshine of Serena slowly breaks down his large brick wall This book has drama, emotions, pace, chemistry, characters you will want to achieve the full on romance they need and so want. Ohh yes steam. Colt Brilliant the narration of Betty Black and Jonathan Lake. Loved the characters, and it’s not just because I have the first name as our heroine. Saying Colt is a man of action and no half measures. Never forgetting or never sop loving his first love Siobhan. Years may have passed new relationships may have been taken upon but the heart knows what the heart wants. So when Colt finds out that Siobhan is in danger in Pakistan nothing is going to stop him. Colt and Siobhan story is not a gentle ride, It is full on . Being in close quarters again bring the old sparks and chemistry they thought gone or hidden comes back in full force. With danger around the every corner these two find out how important each of them is to the other. Full on pace, action, drama, chemistry and spice. Talon Brilliant narration from Melissa Maybeck and Oliver Highpoint Talon finds himself having to take re quality so he gets dropped off deep in the wilderness in Finland. On his way to a checkpoint he comes across a woman who has been beaten and worse been hunted by a group of men. Talon’s skills as a special forces solider comes in very handy.With more armed man after them it turns out the man who is a man she had turned down. With his three brothers all are former special forces, now will do anything to stop this man. Oh this book has wonderful characters, a wonder K9 who can still the show. Drama, angst, brave and strong characters and oh the romance. Perfect.

I absolutely love the fact I can listen to these books as a set. No more waiting for the next installment in the series.
The four McKinley brothers, with the past in Special Forces, live and work from a little Italian town they made their home. They normally do a bit of mercenary and government missions, but every now and then a mission gets personal and you may potentially come back home with a love of your life. It's a possibility.
The books are really well written, lots of banter and attention to details, both during the missions as well as back at home.
The audio version is attractive, well read and kept me both entertained and in suspense for days.
Highly recommended.

Loved this series. I have read and listened to this series and the audible was very additive. Each couple has their own problems and different journeys to a happy ending. This is a series you can listen to time and again.

I always appreciate a good boxset. Here, we follow the stories of four brothers, all of whom have been burned by past relationships and have guarded their hearts against love or romance as a result. Of course things change when they meet their respective FMCs and the stakes only help with making the HEAs sweeter. These are fast-paced stories, and each book doesn’t take too long to get through. My favourites in this set will have to be Gunnar and Talon’s books.
