About this listen

The Flow State refers to effortless high performance in business and sports. Reality gets a liquid or fluid quality. I perceive the environment as energy or vibration; time slows down and space stretches. This book teaches you how various ways to enter the flow state, using examples from playing tennis and conducting his several businesses. The book is full of techniques and exercises that propel you to a higher state of consciousness and ability. Whereas the author's previous books emphasized conscious creation, this one emphasizes the opposite: a state of surrender and release, where you let your subconscious do most of the work for you.

Cured my writers block. Highly recommended if you're unvilved in creative endeavours. Includes simple exercises so you can create flow when you want.

Brilliant

Rambling, unsubstantiated statements of facts that aren’t fact. Was waiting for it to get to the good bit, only to give up 24 minutes from the end. Worst book I’ve ever read on the topic - could not recommend.

Before you get this book check out the authors other books just to get a sample of the topics he covers. This book is not like 'Peak' or other books based on science or psychology.

In the opening pages the author gives a friend stock advise, this turns out favorable and he profits from the advice, the author then admits to not knowing anything about stocks or the company he recommended.
This is terrible advice and a sure way to lose friends if things don't pan out.

This book is full of examples of "superhuman feats" that sounds too good to be true, and I understand that in order to succeed you need confidence and the comfort of knowing that if needed you too can become superhuman for a second, just long enough to "lift a car with one hand and save a child".
Yes this is in the book.
It's a nice thought and it can work on a mental level to give you a warm feeling inside as long as you're not required to actually do it in the real world.

I asked for a refund.

Not my type of self-help book
