Really enjoyed the story but by the end the narrator's habit of making every sentence sound like a question with a rising inflection was irritating.

I am catching up on HC novels that I missed earlier, I enjoyed this one too, actually found it was one that I had already read but enjoyed it nevertheless. My only complaint is that the narrator seemed to be in a heck of a hurry and raced through the book as if he was eager to finish. This still didn't stop my joy at finding Harlan Coben again. An excellent read with the gentle sarcastic wit that is his trademark!
