Helpful but goes into too much detail

You really only need the highlights from this book if you understand basic nutrition. Super interesting, but I listened to it at 1.5x speed. If it was a print book I probably would have skimmed it. Narration is clear, and the information is good. Nice to see a diet backed in solid science.
