I have found this to be just okay, but it does drag, with nothing much happening. It’s also a bit overwritten in places (excessive flowery language). I am now into chapter 34, with less than 3-hours to go and think I may return it. I’m struggling to maintain an interest.

I was gripped by the storyline and the characterisation in this my first Nina Bell audiobook. The reader was perfect. My only criticism is that most of the characters were not particularly likeable!
