Listened to all episodes in one sitting.
Absolutely love the story. Totally believable. And the amazing sound left me craving for more. Definitely my fav type of sci do, where the sci-go element doesn’t dominate the world building.
This week I was wondering if it’s possible at all to find a thriller without violence and dead bodies. I thought it wasn’t possible. This story is a proof that no dead bodies are required to make a thriller. Absolutely recommend it.

Interesting story - bad American accents
The idea behind this is really interesting and there were some really exciting and interesting moments, but the characters were really not credible. I love Sci fi, and I love finding characters in original situations, but they have to be believable characters - not characters who are happy to believe in one insane theory whilst denying another. Also, I cannot believe for one minute that someone wouldn't try and find their lost son on social media! The most frustrating thing though, was the dodgy American accents from a number of the characters, it made it harder to get in to the story when the accents were so wobbly.

Really enjoyed this book
It had me gripped right from the beginning. I'm normally pretty good at guessing the twists but this one had me flummoxed. It was a brilliant twist, but I feel like there's at least one chapter missing at the end, there was definitely unfinished business, did she make it for one thing. So apart from the disappointing ending, it was brilliant.

Very enjoyable
I don't normally go for fictional type podcasts but I tried this on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. Great story, great cast and great sound effects. I felt like I was watching a movie at some points. I would recommend this.

WOW, just wow!!
it is very difficult to assess the story without doing spoilers, you think the world is straight forward in a right/true vs. wrong/untrue fashion, and the story twists and you’re wrong.
Great story, well written with good performances and production.

Eh???
I was really enjoying this. Something very different and really mysterious. It went into fascinating territory that I didn't expect. Then just as it for to the most interesting part, it just - stopped!! The End. I thought I'd missed a chapter or the last episode hadn't downloaded or something. What the ????? Now I feel it was a total waste of time and I feel cheated. Nothing was ultimately resolved and you don't know what happens to the main character. Ridiculous. What a disappointment. What was the point of this? The two stars are because I was enjoying it up to the "end" shock, and because the idea was excellent - till it just cut off. 😥

clichéd and hammy
I am a big scifi fan and this was really cheesy and poorly executed. The main character was deeply annoying, the dialogue clichéd and the plot and exposé jumped without any consistency... like a teenage amateur production.

Open World
There were a few episodes in this series where I thought we were heading down the religious route, but I was gladly mistaken. The reveal makes for a good twist, and I have to say I really enjoyed this story.
The ending is very open ended, which could pave the way nicely for another series. I doubt there will be one, but I'd pick it up for sure.

AN ORIGINAL ADAPTATION OF "THE MATRIX"
While I did not care for the excessive background noise as special effects, this audiobook's plot is original and nearly captivating. Yet, the story undoubtedly derives from the movie "Matrix," but with a distinct difference whereby the "real world" is not a horrific site with people subsisting in horrific capsules. Rather, the "fake world" was generated by the "real Earth" which was triggered by the atomic bomb explosions.

Excellent Acting. Cliffhanger Ending
I really enjoyed the story. The whole thing was really gripping. The lead actress was excellent, and I felt all the characters were great.
I was simply disappointed that the story was cut short at the end. It didn't feel completed, and I wanted to go further.

It’s like nothing I’ve seen before
When you bind creativity and illusion it gives the effect! It’s one of those stories that hook you in never allowing your mind to space out! If you haven’t listened to it yet what are you waiting for? do it and you won’t regret it!

Could have been much better
Intriguing premise but the story kind of fell apart towards the end with plot developments and dialogue that were silly and pandering but what turned me off the most was the protagonist. She is not at all a sympathetic character.
In the end, I did not care what happened to anyone in the story.

Great story until the end
Overall this is a very interesting listen. I loved the narration and the plotline, but the sudden ending/not really an ending ruins the rest of the story. I want to love it, but without an end it's hard to appreciate the rest of the story and the direction is was going. If there's a season 2 and the ending was just setting that up, then I'll definitely come back and change my review! But for now, with the ending the way it is, I can't give this a full 5 star review.
