First novel by this author. Wonderful complex characters, great balance of character development and plot. Fantastic performance by the reader too. Highly Recommend.

Loved this book. I am a big Denis Lehane fan and this didn’t disappoint. It was too short if anything. Really well developed characters and the narrator did a wonderful Boston accent.

A fantastic reading of a short yet well written novel. This is the second Lehane novel I've read and there's no doubting he's a fantastic writer. His characterisation and ability to conjure up a place's atmosphere are second to none. I'll certainly be listening to more of his titles
