Summary

A FAMILY HOME. A DEADLY SECRET . . .

THE UNMISSABLE NEW THRILLER FROM THE SUNDAY TIMES BESTSELLING AUTHOR OF THE MOTHER, THE CATCH AND THE HOLIDAY

Adam and Jess move into a new house with their three young children: a rambling Victorian villa right at the very top of their price range. Before long Adam discovers a door hidden behind a fitted wardrobe, concealing a secret room . . .

Inside Adam discovers an array of forgotten items, among them a wallet, an antique watch and an old mobile phone. Jess thinks they should simply throw them away. But Adam resists. He is fascinated by these items and how they came to be inside the hidden room.

But like the house, Adam has his secrets too. And soon he will find himself setting in motion a series of events that will place his family in terrible danger . . .

From the two million copy Sunday Times bestselling author of THE HOLIDAY, THE CATCH and THE MOTHER, this is T.M. Logan's most unputdownable thriller yet.

Great story and excellent narrator.

Original storyline with lots of suspects and surprise villain. A dramatic edge of seat finish.

Exciting twisty, turny thriller!

An intriguing and well paced thriller. I've listened to a lot of TM Logan's book in the last year and it's been interesting to hear/read how his writing style has developed. I enjoy his older novels, but they lack the charactisation and subtlety of his more recent work. I also found a lot of his early novels felt quite 'judgy', they had a Daily Mail feel to them, which the more recent ones don't. I'd definitely recommend this one.

So gripping

I loved this book and was sad when I had reached the end. The journey for this family was so dramatic and beautifully written. Can’t wait for Tim’s next offering. His books never disappoint.

Highly recommend, a thumping good read/listen which is almost impossible to break from. Good story length makes the book a worthwhile purchase.

Good Story

Believable characters and excellent narration. Another good story to add to my collection. Not quite as gripping as The Mother or The Catch but still worth a credit.
