Didn't really sound like my kind of book, but I can't say how much I enjoyed it! Interesting, quirky, sad and uplifting, should be compulsory reading for all mothers/daughters.

I was hooked from beginning to end. You just can't imagine where the author will take you next. Pulled on the heartstrings quite a few times and shed a few tears, I must admit! Great narrator also! Highly recommend!

I think I can safely say that this is probably THE best book I have ever listened to or read! It is so well written, amazingly narrated and just utterly wonderful. This is the first book by this author that I have had the pleasure of listening to and in a way both look forward to and dread reading more of her books. Look forward to because if the others are as good as this one then I will be over the moon but I think it will be very hard for any other book to be as good as this one. This is one of those books that will stay with you long long after the last word. Well done Diane!
