Very important, well-researched and empathetic book. Involving and moving to listen to. Very good narrator. Everyone in government should have to read it.

This is essential knowledge for anyone who considers themselves politically switched on, or an advocate for disability rights. Very well researched, very well presented. The performance is overall decent, but there are several occasions of mispronounced words such as "lead-swingers" or "inference". This can get a bit distracting from such a serious subject matter.

I like most people I suspect who read this book don’t feel surprised by that much our government do, but the in depth details about their failures and how they cover them up, and the cost to human life is truly disturbing.
