the most amazing book in genre I've ever read, at one point I was pacing my room such was the intensity, never in any genre of 600 audible books has this happened, abby craden gives her best performance to add to it's power, but it's milena mckays' superb writing of romance and a despicable fault in men, that had me riveted, and yes I'm male, superb book I'll read again and again.

This has a well developed backdrop of the world of art and fashion and two strong characters bought together in an investigative journalistic story. The narration is great with a really bad baddie in a mystery with old friendships, rivalry and duplicity.

The story reflects on changing social attitudes, MeToo and the drive of professional talent. There are quite a few themes but they dovetail making an exciting story and romance.

Great writing great story, engaging MCs, well drawn secondary characters, baddies getting their comeuppance. Last but not least another fabulous narration by AC.
