Story
For decades we've been told that positive thinking is the key to a happy, rich life. "F*ck positivity," Mark Manson says. "Let's be honest, shit is f*cked, and we have to live with it." In his wildly popular Internet blog, Manson doesn't sugarcoat or equivocate. He tells it like it is - a dose of raw, refreshing, honest truth that is sorely lacking today. The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck is his antidote to the coddling, let's-all-feel-good mind-set that has infected modern society and spoiled a generation, rewarding them with gold medals just for showing up.

If you haven't heard of the Oola phenomenon yet, it's time to catch up. First, though, you need to understand what it is: Oola is that state of awesomeness you experience when your life is balanced and growing in all the key areas of health and well-being. It can be a noun or a verb. It can be a destination or a feeling. It can be as complex as a life growing and balanced in fitness, finance, family, field, faith, friends, and fun (the seven F's of Oola), or as simple as a sunset.

Trust me: the world doesn’t need a bunch of BFFs with beards. I’ve watched men change from confident, decisive, and action-oriented lions to second-guessing, scared-of-their-shadows, don’t-rock-the-boat mice. They don’t feel confident in relationships, work environments - or anywhere. Men are either looking for something or running from something; maybe a bit of both. Well, it’s time to stop running. It’s time to "man up" to face the real issues.
