Great book

I bought the book when it first came out and enjoyed it so much that I bought this updated audio version. I wasn’t disappointed because it is well read.

The book unpacks the science of health by examining the (lack of) evidence behind alternative medicine and the games played by big pharma. He interviews leading experts and tries many health fads himself.
