The story was entertaining but I found the absolutely terrible Irish accent of Luke Malone to be very distracting and hard to get past. 😩

I don’t normally go for books like this, I am more of a fantasy/mystic person.

When this came up as included in my membership and listening to books when at work i thought I would give it a go.

The story had a good base line, the characters and plot increased throughout the book and with a few twists and turns to keep you going.
I can sometimes work out the ending before I get there, but surprisingly I didn’t see this one coming.

I enjoyed this very much, I may have to try branching out with my book choices.

An easy listen when pottering about and I sort of enjoyed it even though it was fairly predictable and a bit cheesy. Don’t think I would rush to listen to any others though.

I gave up after the first few chapters. I generally listen to a lot of trash but when one character inevitably had a "handsome, tanned face" I rather gave up.
