This is a follow on from Mr Fixer Upper a brilliant enemies to lovers book.

This starts in a similar vein with Cat butting heads against the city manager Noah but then attraction creeps in, they try to hide it but get swamped by desire.

I love that everyone knows what's happening but Cat and Noah think it's a big secret, so many bits made me laugh.

Beautifully read too.

I love this authors stories. Her wit, humour and angst male. For an absorbing read. From the first page to the last it’s compelling. I’m sad to say goodbye to the town of Merry. Can’t wait to read and listen to more from this author. Fabulous narration too.

I really enjoyed this beautiful story and I loved the characters! They should turn this into a holiday special for television. I was hesitant with this book because of the length but it was ok. There was a lot of dialogue and not a lot of descriptions of the rooms and outfits etc... the narration was great. She did a great job with all the different characters.
