I would recommend this as a great manual because it delivers what it promises.

As someone who was poorly socialised as a child, this book has been extremely helpful to learn how to interact with people. It's definitely more business oriented, but the advice is applicable to the more casual world too.

Expected something quite different. Ideas are too ethereus and very little that could be pulled out. History line easy to lose as the reader doesn’t retain attention.
One thing to rescue is the idea of the brain and triads.
