    With Selina offering practical guidance every step of the way, the aim is that by the end of the series you will have picked up tools and tips that can help you make your own career change happen.

Inspiring and practical

Selina is terrific at cutting straight to the heart of a problem and giving practical, very do-able suggestions to get clients out of their ruts and moving happily forward. So inspiring :)

Great to hear a real range of stories, covering lots of different issues that people face when thinking about changing career.

I really liked hearing people go from sounding stuck, sad and confused to feeling powerful and inspired and really convinced that their dreams are within reach. Such a feel-good listen!

I have been listening with my partner and we have both felt encouraged to take some action towards future career and life goals.

this is such a great series wherever you are on your career journey!
Selina has this way to get you clear on what ingredients you want or need in you career, whether they are related to your values or your personal circumstances, and use them as a guide in the next steps that you will plan with her.
all episodes explore different situations and approaches and by the end of this series, you will feel empowered and inspired to take small steps towards you switch, whatever it might be!

Inspiring and practical in equal amounts

I took part in Selina’s career coach programme a couple of years ago and it completely changed my outlook on what my purpose was in terms of work, and started me on a journey to becoming a writer - a career I hadn’t dreamed I’d be able to have.
This series is a brilliant reminder of what to keep in mind when sticking to that path and offers so much insight, advice and guidance on how to navigate busy moments. It’s a must listen for anyone feeling the pressure at work, or thinking about a change.
