This story had me gripped but the male narrator was awful, especially when speaking as the female part, which made me enjoy the ‘before’ parts so much less. Storyline was brilliant!

Love the twist and turns. Going back in childhood times so we get to know the characters. Love the storyline and plots because the narrator voices was actually quite annoying. I would have definitely switched off based on just that so thank god for the great story line and build up. That is what kept me going. Kept me guessing. Great book.
