Bill Hootkins was born on July 5th, 1948 in Dallas, Texas. He moved to London, England in the early 70s and lived there up until 2002. He portrayed a rich and colourful array of characters throughout his career, film appearances included Star Wars, Raiders of the Lost Ark and Batman. In addition to his substantial film and TV credits, Hootkins was a prolific voice artist.
