About this listen

He was the mystery man I couldn’t forget.

And now...he’s my new boss.

A year ago, I had the wildest night of my life with a man whose name I didn’t even know. A chance meeting at a bar sparked a connection neither of us could deny, and he spent an entire night worshipping my body.

One night.

No names.

No strings.

That’s all it was supposed to be.

We were never supposed to see each other again—so I’m shocked when I show up at my new job and realize he’s the CEO.

It doesn’t matter, though. Despite the fact that I can still feel every touch he left on my body, there’s no way anything can happen between us.

So I’ll just have to survive the late nights in the office and the smoldering glances that make me feel like I might combust. I’ll pretend his slate gray eyes and dominating presence have no effect on me at all.

Because if we give in to the chemistry between us? If we let that thread of tension snap? It won’t just be my job on the line....

It will be my heart.

Well written, some nice ancillary characters but heroine was a bit too wet and the hero a bit too cardboard and my G** how long could you drag out a rather implausible "tension" about getting involved with your boss. I just got to the point of mentally saying " just get over yourself already. Get a new job somewhere else, it's not like you're saving the word with "marketing" for F sake" Ended up giving up...wish I could get my money back. Bored.

Gave up with 7 hours still to go
