Good for basic knowledge and motivation.

Good for basic knowledge and motivation. If you are procrastinating your health and fitness activities then this will book will give you a kick. if you are already a health enthusiast you would probably already have most of the knowledge and be following most of the motivation tips offered by this book.

good but.....

I enjoyed listening to this book, even though I felt I had a different opinions on some points.
The thing I found frustrating was constantly being told that theres no excuse not to prep everything and work out every day. I'm not saying celebrities dont work really hard, just that their lifestyle is completely different and I resent being told how easy it is to fit everything. I'm sure all of us want to do more for our bodies but the work/life balance makes it extremely difficult.

learned alot

the knowledge in the audio is amazing. I've always known what is good and bad for me. however the depth to the reasons in this audio has made me do some lifestyle changes that I will now keep with me for the rest of my life. I have already recommended it to so many.

realy enjoyed learning about nutrition

realy enjoyed listening and now have better understanding of nutrition, Cameron Diaz is a very inspirational woman and the other narrator Sandy Rustin sounds so similar to Cameron so that made it so much more pleasant as it made it easier to follow along.

Inspiring!

What a wonderful book! Even if most of the information is readily available online, it is a great reminder of why we should aim for being healthy and fit.

The book is written with compassion and respect towards this beautiful body we live in.

Read and listened to it and can recommend both versions. Insightful and inspiring!

I wouldn’t normally write reviews but I loved this book, I could relate to everything that has been written, it’s really inspired me to look at my own habits and make changes. I’ve also just purchased a hard copy of the book and it’s going to be my new bible!!

This book will help you know, love and appreciate your body

I've never read the book and I didn't know what to expect. Cameron Diaz has always struck me as a fun loving woman, one who's comfortable in her skin and loves it and it reflects in this book! Even better she has me learning things about my body that I didn't even know about.

Like she said, this is not a diet book or a book on exercise. This is a book about nutrition, about embracing hunger and giving our bodies the wholesome foods it needs. This is about moving our bodies, not to fit better in jeans (although that's a benefit) but to help our bones, our muscles, our heart, our brains and to increase our life's span. This is about the discipline of consistently taking care of our health for the rest of our lives.

This is about our bodies and how amazing, strong, powerful and unique they each are and it is a masterpiece (referring to our bodies and the book :) )
