Slow to get going but made me want to see it to the end, but the narrator is cringeworthy and I’ve had to grit my teeth for the comical voices and accents. Spoils it

An unusual story line. Fairly fast paced and quite exciting. The ending I found a little implausible

This story is ruined by the awful narration. Comical accents destroyed the book for me and they come through thick and fast from the first chapter. The plot would be OK, as always, with a Stephen Leather book... this may have been one of his earlier books but I only just made it to the end.

In the first instance the characters voices and accents were not great. The amount of sex was very out of balance with the story line. Too much booorrring
