As a Christian I am often surprised that we accept other people’s belief of a text without question this author has deeply looked into the texts the history around the period and offers meaningful and I believe correct understanding of the war that Jesus won on Calgary in regard to god reclaiming other nations and people for his salvation story. Wonderful and thoughtful look at biblical texts for people interested in contextual understanding. It’s a shame for us that he has gone back to god .
