This audio book is almost impossible to digest without the infographics like charts and diagrams. But the audiobook does not have accompanied PDF, so don't waste your time or money on it, yet!

Awesome book, but...

I feel that this should have been at most a quarter of its length. It’s not helped by the fact that there is no accompanying PDF.

Deadly dull

My recommendation is get this book but treat it as a ait down study session this book starts talking about charts and graphs but doesnt come with a pdf but you can use your imagination. Ive gotten to chapter 9 twice and realised all the lists and data points, focus(ironically), attention, psp, faith etc it all gets lost unless your treating this book like your sitting down with a pen and paper. Take it one chapter at a time. Its not a listen through while on your commute. It would be great if a pdf was made available soon

I absolutely love Chase and his content but

This is a long and complex audio book. I have been waiting for it to go out for a while and I bought it right away. It took long time to finish as it is not something to go fast through.

I would have liked chapters to have names so I can go listen again to the parts I want.

All in one

Structure is very rigid, with lots of unnecessary indexing! Core message is all about Paul Ekman’s work, and as much as I like the concept this book didn’t offer any new insights.

Turning Paul Ekman theories into a rigid textbook manual
