Glad I stuck with it

I was ready to return this as I found the early chapters verbally annoying however once I got past this part really enjoyed the story and the narrator

Weak storyline

The performances were good, but the story failed to convince me. I kept thinking: "really?"

Really good but...

I really did enjoy this audiobook, the story was well told although there were a couple of the more celestial incidents that I thought did not contribute to the storyline.
The narration is good - the first couple of chapters are a bit full on with wealthy American accents but it becomes more bearable as the ear becomes accustomed.
Overall a pleasant listen.

A nice story

I eventually enjoyed this story, as it came to its conclusion, however found it slow to get going, I would recommend that you bear with it as all improves.

Not for me

I see that some reviews say it gets better but I’m afraid I just couldn’t bear with it and gave up on it.
