Having consumed Delvey's prequel in the Eve Wren series "The Seven" I was really looking forward to this and it didn't disappoint. While the audio performance is not always the best, the excitement of the story more than makes up for it and carries the reader along through the twists and turns of the story beautifully.

A great story, really engaging, and an exciting adventure!

I loved this book. The plot, the narrator, the characters, excellent. I couldn't stop listening to it, but then, near the end, I had to have a break, because I didn't want the story to finish!! I am going to look for the other books in this series, and I hope they are up to the standard of this one.

I enjoyed this book. It did lack the elements of noise that I look for but at the same time was more believable because of it. The narration was excellent, the narrators voice at times sounding a bit like Honour Blackman! to my ears.
