Having consumed Delvey's prequel in the Eve Wren series "The Seven" I was really looking forward to this and it didn't disappoint. While the audio performance is not always the best, the excitement of the story more than makes up for it and carries the reader along through the twists and turns of the story beautifully.

A great story, really engaging, and an exciting adventure!

I enjoyed this book. It did lack the elements of noise that I look for but at the same time was more believable because of it. The narration was excellent, the narrators voice at times sounding a bit like Honour Blackman! to my ears.
