About this listen

When you’re handed a new name and a new life, you take it. The last thing you should do is fall for the woman who could ruin it all. I turned on my brothers in the Chicago mafia to save my little sister, but when I was sent to this remote Montana town, the last person I expected to run into was the woman I took a bullet for.

All I have to do is keep my head down and remember she is completely off-limits.

The rules are clear––I can have no connection to my former life. Ever. But my eyes have a way of wandering.

So do my hands.

I traded everything to save my sister and I can’t afford to give into temptation. I shouldn’t let my touch linger or focus on how real it feels with her. It’s dangerous.

Addictive.

I can hide it, but the truth always has a way of coming out. In Tipp, Montana, secrets can save your life––the only cost is your heart.

I really did not like Ramona Master's narration as she was way too shrill. The only saving grace was Sebastian York's performance. Without him, I would have Dnf-ed this book.
The plot was fine and set up the sequels nicely.

Terrible female narrator
