If follow another parent expert and they don’t follow the same approach as shefali then stop . She is the most awakened parenting expert on this planet . As a stay at home dad I saw how most parents where parenting and that was out of fear and ego rather than presents. I said to myself there is something going on here why do I see my children differently than other parents and after searching i found shefali’s work and it just cemented my belief and feelings towards my children. It takes time discovering your consciousness, follow shefali ekhark tolle as many conscious people as you can , address all of your inner childhood issues and you will have the best relationship with your beautiful children. Addressing your issue’s will cause some discomfort but with the right mentor you will be ok. Your children are wonderful as they are don’t change them change you if needed and your relationship will shine with them
