I haven't fully finished listening to the audiobook, though, whilst applying this as I listen, I can already see how life-impacting and life-changing this workbook is. The Atomic Habit is best to read first before buying this audiobook, though it's not required

I truly appreciate James Clear time in making this workbook, as it has a step-by-step journal of EVERYTHING that is talked about in Atomic Habits, he even accommodated for readers who haven't bought Atomic Habits which he didn't have to do if he was greedy for the money, which is why I think James Clear demonstrates clearly (get it?) his earnest love to help out the public which I consider a gem character trait he developed, I don't just recommend this book, I highly suggest you DON'T have this book if you want to stay the way you are and never change if so, this is book is NOT for YOU, otherwise, be ready to not recognise yourself 😎
