Written very much like a Johm Milton book stylewise. I bought it for his new charavter. It's labelled an Isobel Rose novel. But she doesn't turn up in any meaning ful way until the last 20% ish of the book. Plus the book was clearly written with the next one in mind. Narration was excellent as usual. Storyline all a bit obvious and didn't really engage me

Liked the story but the narrator has very hard consonants and I can just imagine him spitting at the miCroPhone. It was a bit much at times.

I struggled to connect with this book. The narration is problematic. The story is fast paced with an excellent plot however, I just couldn't feel or connect with the characters. I will try again in 6 months time.

Fantastic. Thrilling as always. Impeccable narration. I have listened to all John Milton books and I keep enjoying Mark Dawson's books. Each is just as enjoyable and unputdownable. if you like this kind of books I can fully recommend Mark Dawson.
