I love the accidental alchemist series and this new story did not disappoint. At times it seemed like the editor wasn't paying attention and allowed the characters to repeat themselves unnecessarily, but a minor distraction on the whole.
Julia Motyka is an excellent narrator, she brings the characters to life perfectly.
I can't wait for the next I book to find out how Max reacts yo meeting Dorian.

I have listened to all of these so was excited to see a new title.
Easy listening, the narrator has a great voice and pronunciation. Great story lines and can be stand alone books if you haven’t listened to the series … but you really should 😘

Just what I needed and expected from this series

I had missed Dorian and his little grey cells! Oh and Zoe too! This wasn't as intricate as Gigi's usual Alchemist stories but I loved it just the same. I had the killer tagged early on (which is the first for me!) I can't wait to hear how the meeting of Max and Dorian went!
