What happens when the wolf already walks through your front door?

Your team adopted AI faster than anyone built the rules to hold it. Free chatbots handle client data. AI agents read your email, update your CRM, and move money. Connectors no one vetted now reach your most sensitive systems. The perimeter you spent years reinforcing was built for an attacker who climbs the wall.

Today's attacker walks through the gate because your AI opened it.

The AI Field Guide is the practitioner's playbook for defending your business in the age of autonomous AI. Written for owners, founders, and security leaders at organizations, it turns AI security from a source of dread into a discipline you control. No coding background required. Just attention, willingness, and about an hour per chapter.

Inside, you get eight ready-to-run plays that build a complete defense, one layer at a time.

You will learn to lock down the AI tools your team uses every day. You will speak about AI risk to your leadership team, a customer, and an employee, each in the language they trust, with the evidence to back every answer.

The threats are real and current. State-sponsored groups now run AI-orchestrated campaigns that operate almost entirely on their own. Breakout times measure in minutes. Insurers are writing AI exclusions into the policies that protect your directors. Waiting is the one move that costs you everything.

The wolf is real. The shield is buildable. The pack is yours to raise.

I liked how the book’s ideas unfolded over the course of the listen. It starts with the everyday ways AI enters a workplace, then gradually widens the view to agents, access, and the people responsible for setting boundaries. That progression helped the risks make sense instead of arriving as one long list of worst-case scenarios.

The eight plays gave the later chapters a useful shape. I could see how the advice might fit a small organization without needing a security department or a major technical project. Some sections have a lot to take in, but the steady pace gave me room to think through where my own gaps might be.
