Summary

Title Synopsis: Simon Chambers, an everyday construction worker, finds his mundane life upended when he is suddenly abducted by a strange alien craft. What begins as a harrowing experience quickly propels Simon into a universe filled with astonishing revelations and unforeseen dangers.

After escaping, Simon uncovers the shocking truth about an insidious alien slave trade run by various factions of humanity. Realizing the gravity of the situation, he gathers a diverse group of allies— Together, they form a fledgling resistance, determined to expose and dismantle the intergalactic conspiracy threatening not only their freedom but the very survival of Earth.

As Simon evolves from an accidental hero to a celebrated leader, he navigates treacherous alien landscapes and unravels layers of deceit that challenge his understanding of loyalty and courage. With humanity’s future hanging in the balance, he'll need every ounce of willpower and ingenuity to inspire a revolution and take the fight to the stars.

Against all odds, Simon stands resolute propelling a battle where the stakes are nothing less than the very survival of his own planet Earth. *The 9th Colony* is a gripping tale of bravery, sacrifice, love and the unbreakable.

Really well written book which pulls you in and before you know it it’s 4 hours later and you just don’t want to leave. The individual voices were really brilliant and not something I have come across before. It just flows right through the book. brilliant idea my new favourite author. 5 stars
