Great audiobook

This was a great book yo help gain more purpose in life, experience a real journey of mindfulness. some great chapters to help bring some compassion in your life , also covers things like eating ,anxiety and the sit and breathe exercises every few chapters helped me relax immensely. recommend for a real positive change in your life

Great!

Very useful techniques to calm down and be more relaxed on daily basis. It's very important to know our triggers and this book helps a lot and give us many options to cope and find balance.

Helpful and Informative!

This book gives helpful information on how to be stress-free. I t provides insight into how to transform the mindset by taking little steps and making deliberate attempts to make them slow. Most change of perspective does not come easy, but one can use many opportunities that life presents. The book gives 40 days to use simple tricks for integrating mental exercise, which will hopefully increase cognitive function. The book provides information on how I can train my brain to enjoy the moment as they come and forget about things that I can not control most of the time that causes worry and anxiety.
