this fave me so much insight but not what to to do

gave me loads of i sight on industry but not actually what to do to change need an action on a proper meal plan no massage on chicken or pork or what ro replace breakfast with still stuck on everything best to eat please I need a diary

Great conclusion on action

The directions on what to do were clear and easy to follow. the social initiative and governmental plans are something we can all pitch in on and help out.
