Eurasien, Mitte des 21. Es gibt u.a. das kommunistisch-orthodoxe Moskowien, eine Sowjetische Sozialistische Stalinrepublik und ein feudalistisches Neukölln mit Konrad von Kreuzberg an der Spitze, der die Salafisten zurückgeschlagen hat. Köln ist eine Republik geworden, und dann ist da noch die kleine, feine Bergrepublik Telluria, aus der das kommt, was alle Menschen in diesem Meer der Barbarei haben wollen: das ultimative Mittel, das beständiges Glück erzeugt. Das Leben nach der Katastrophe ist durchaus nicht immer depressiv, man hat sich darin eingerichtet.
