Als der TV-Showmaster Alexander für einen ÖBB-Werbespot beim Kongressbad in Wien in einem angemieteten Taxi 1710 sitzt, setzt sich plötzlich eine unbekannte hochschwangere Frau in das Fahrzeug und will in die nahegelegene Semmelweis-Frauenklinik. Alexander erkennt als Familienvater von zwei Kindern die Dringlichkeit und fährt wie von der Tarantel gestochen vom Set los. Noch im Taxi vor dem Spital bringt die Frau ein Mädchen auf die Welt. Als in der Klinik jedoch Alexander als der Vater des Mädchens angegeben wird, gerät seine scheinbar heile Welt völlig aus den Fugen...
