This is the first book of J.R. Thorn's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed the relationship between Issy, Jasper, Kornelius, and Zyran. I loved getting all of their points of views throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
Troy, Jeffrey, Gregory, Maeve, and Lisa did an amazing job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for a paranormal romance, why choose romance, or romantic suspense.
