First of the books I’ve read from Lisa stone very gripping and kept me wanting to continue reading until I finished it. The twist and turns were well done and kept you guessing until was solved 😃

This has potential to be a good story, but as it went on, it seemed to be unrealistic.
The narrater didn't quite get the characters right for me, and it did spoil it slightly. The mother in this story was the quickest addict ever to recover with no support, and the child sounded as if she was an adult in the way she was spoken not 8 years old!
I listened to the end, but felt it tailed off half way through
